We’d call this better-than-chocolate-pudding pie - because it’s vegan! (With coconut whipped cream on top, though, don’t expect us to say it’s healthier for you.) We used the “Old Fashioned Chocolate Pudding Pie” recipe from Vegan Pie in the Sky, which is an essential vegan baker’s handbook. Go check it out for all your pie (and cheesecake, and cobbler, and crisp) needs!
